Tom Sawyer!

12th show with my best friend! It's been a fantastic run.

Goofing off between scenes...

Family portrait -
the height difference right now...

Best buds! Jen and Jeremy

Rebecca and Joy!

Sibs. They're the greatest.

Sibs + Reverend photo bomb.

Well yeah, 'the women' is the group to hang with. We keep chocolate.

Show time.

Understudy as Widow Douglas - so fun! Cordell [and everyone] was so helpful. So glad Kels could be back for the last performances tho - nobody can do Douglas like she can! :D

BESTIES.

I love this cast. Suffering major post-production-depression right about now...

Lots of good times. Lots of memories.

And now. On to the next adventure!

[Summer times]

It's been too long! (as pointed out by my very faithful blog follower. :))
Time for a picture update.....

Basically my favorite day of the summer - with the best of friends.

 Oh, head illusions.

 Out adventuring!
This has been, "Cooking with Francis and Fran, episode: the quail egg."
--------------------------------------------------------

 Crafts.....

....and sending letters to the "college kids."

Just, you know, documenting the Olympics.

More crafts...never, repeat: NEVER. Throw away toilet paper rolls. There is always SOMETHING you can make out of them.

Meet the Gourdons: left to right, Masterson, Carlton, Muriel, and Bo.

 Show rehearsin'. The dramatics.

It's been SO fun having more time with my favorite tiny kid - He's getting so big!! I am the proud responder to "Auntie Mug."

Settling in for an evening of cocoa, pink marshmallows, jello, and Ice Age.

 The porch is now done!

Gorgeous last few summer sunsets....

THE HIKE VI

For those of you who've followed for ahwile, you're familiar with the Fine Linen Family and our many adventures and expeditions. The great anual 20 mile HIKE being one of them.
Here's a little backstory: To combat PPDD (post-production depression disorder) several years ago, about 20 cast members decided one lovely spring afternoon to hike from the theatre to the Nisbetts, which was about 20 miles. Since then, the annual HIKE has grown (including a HIKE T-shirt, a potluck dinner at the destination, and other traditions,) for six years, with over 80 participating last year.
So enjoy some pictures of the amazing fun we had yesterday on this year's HIKE.
How I love this awesome group of people!
