A Wednesday

Hello all! Hope you had a wonderful, beautiful Wednesday! :) I had a lovely day at school, got lots of work done, and it was wonderful to see/talk to several good friends. Looking forward to tomorrow too!

Just got home from a nice evening with several great friends. Wonderful times, but very tiring, and I am very ready for sleep. I'm sure this post will have many errors and confusing sentences, because I am about to fall over. :) So goodnight my friends, hopefully I can get you better updated tomorrow.

Well, here we are, on the last day of Spring break. This has been a wonderful week..I can't believe it's over! I am very much looking forward to getting back to school though, and finishing this year out strong.

Of course all the word around here is SEUSSICAL! Opening night is less than 2 weeks away! How exciting--the play is looking wonderful--all you Seussians are just incredible and I love you all!! What a fantastic group of people to work with. Performances always run through so fast...but they are so much fun. ;) We are especially happy to have John Nisbett back on stage with us this week!! We are praying for you John, and hoping you feel completely better soon!!! I hope to load some seussical pictures on here very soon. :D

Now I'd better go and help Stephie with a school project. I miss you all, and look forward to seeing you very soon. Stay healthy please and try to stay warm in this---spring snow we're getting. *ugh*

Randomness from long lost me!

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted for so long. Ha! What am I saying, you've probably enjoyed it! Well, I'm back anyway.=) So yes. My life has been pretty awesome this week. I've gotten tons of school work done, which is helpful, since I'm like half a year behind..! But, yeah we're catching up fast. I've gone on at least three four-wheeler rides too. The weather has been so amazing this week. Except for today. It's rainy, grey, and we had ice on our cars this morning! Bleh. It's not supposed to be like this in March. Anyway. Um, what else did I do..? Oh yeah, Kelsey and I went down to Alyssa and Gracie's house last night and watched a ton of comedians on Alyssa's laptop. It was so much fun! We had a blast. And then Chris Miller and Colin came over from working for Uncle Michael, and we talked and listened to the different ringtones on their cell phones.=) Fun chuzin+Chris times! lol Well, I did lots of other things, but I', gonna go watch Veggie Tales with the kids. Gotta love it!:)  See y'all soon I hope!

Spring Break~ Day 4

Good morning everyone! Hope y'all had a good, restful night, and are rip-roarin'-ready-to-go as my dad would say ;)
I am looking forward to yet another full day of spring break. Today's plans are as follows:
*Finish Stephanie's flag project
*Seussical practice
*House cleaning
*to the gym with Mom
*out to supper with Mama and Dad
*Home to Jeannie night!

It'll be a busy day as always, and I am ready to get started! Right now we're all waiting for the Garner guys to get here to start fixing our roof....they ain't showing yet though, so we'll see. Guess what, though?? Our very own, James M., is coming out with the Garner crew! How nice. :)

I miss y'all terribly, and can't wait to see you soon! Have a *wonderful* day, and enjoy more of this great weather God's blessing us with!

Spring Break~Day 2

Good morning, blogger friends! Looks to be another gorgeous day outside today--can't wait to get out there!

Well, day two of spring break has begun and it is going to be a busy one..today's plans are:

*cleaning (lots and lots..and lots)
*Work on American Flag thingy with Stephie
*Go shopping for convention (and stuff...)
*Make enchilada supper
*Have Ash and Joely over for an awesome evening of FUN!

To catch you up...

Spring is here! It's so nice to walk outside again *without* a jacket on. We've been airing our house out and spending all our time out doors. The kids had a picnic out there today for lunch. The big news around here is that David and Stephanie both just learned to ride their bikes without training wheels, and so biking has  been the grand activity of the day.
Spring break is here now, and I am so happy to be home! I am looking forward to lots of time outside and some extra project time, Lord willing.

The kids have been great today--they are very good to play by themselves and find little adventures on their own. Johnny boy told me that he is a "dragon firefighter", who has special "fire-water" to fight the dragon's with. For when they breathe fire. So he and David have been searching for dinosaur/dragon tracks and the like, and have had a successful morning. Just a bit ago they brought me the "dragon tooth" that they found out in the yard. (or a cow tooth...could be either) :)

Lots of school going on today..the goal is to get all homework done today so that the rest of the week can be spent outside.

The chuzins have the week all planned out and it looks to be an amazing one. We plan to spend our spring break canoeing in the duck pond, horse riding, four wheeling, camping, baking, and jumping on the trampoline. I love the farm...it's just like having our own giant camp out here all our own. God is amazing! Pray for safety please, cause you never know what will happen when all of us get together. ;)

Spring is HERE!

Hello, spring 2011! I am so happy that spring is finally here...looking forward to week full of four wheeler rides, bonfires, mud, trampolines, and chuzins! Had a blast today after church (it was awesome to see everybody this morning, btw. Great to talk to some of you too! It was nice to be on the same side of the wall..."lol" :), went trampsin all over the farm with the gals, Gracie, Kels, and Jen. Met up with some little chuzies along the way, and Lyss and Clara too. What a beautiful day it has been! The wind was just wonderful, and we couldn't have had a lovelier first day of spring, in my opinion. I can't wait to for summer to be here so that I can spend every day *outside!!*

Now I have to go, and will post more hopefully tomorrow..off to *the chuzin of them all* CONNOR's 16th birthday party. It will be a wacko-crazy night of fun with the ultimate pals, the chuzins. What a clan. Wouldn't trade this amazing family for *anything* in this world. God is so good.

Just lately happenings...and the such.

Hello all! Hope you had a wonderful day! It was a long day at school, and very tiring, but a good productive one. Looking forward to getting more tests in by Friday! Can't believe today is the first day of last quarter. Time flies.

Well, to catch you up a bit around here, we are all fine and dandy. Looks to be a nice evening at home with a spaghetti supper, music, and some homework. The boys were hanging out for the day over at Gogey's and will be here any minute. I love it when they get home...it's immediate craziness. The best kind. ;)

The play is coming along great, and I can't wait till this weekend's practices! It's getting to be so exciting..what an awesome group of people to work with. (picture above of me and a very crazy, amazingly talented friend of mine, Ben. W. back from Pirates of Penzance.) I can't believe we open in 3 weeks. wow.

Playday

So here I am at home with the little chums..David and Stephanie. We're having a blast while the others are in town!
So far we have "super cleaned" the first floor while dancing around to the Disney Tangled/Robin Hood soundtracks! Then we had a "tea party" with apple juice and donuts and played mix-and-match stretched from one end of the living room to the other. We got out Famous Landmarks Bingo and played a few rounds. Now we are enjoying a nice lunch together of fish and veggies ;) Fun.
I really miss being home everyday...being at home with my family is like spending everyday with my best friends. It's been great to have the day to hang out with my little sibs again.

Well I'd better go... we're going to make a craft now. :) Have an amazing day everybody, and I'll see y'all soon!

Howdy Hey

Hey all!! Hope you had a wonderful day today.
I'm over at Ash and Joel's place just hanging around until Josh is done with robotics. Then we'll head home and have and evening with the family. Ash and Joely are coming for supper tonight and staying a bit after. That will be great.

School was good today--busy as always, bust good. Yes, very nice :) Got to study for a test tomorrow...eek. Hoping that goes well. I like the drives to and from school...just Steph, Josh and myself. We're usually singing or laughing. It's a fun time together. I can't believe Josh won't be going to school with me next year. It will be so different without him. He's a really great guy. Best big brother out there, for sure.

I have a big praise!!! Just got word that John N is finally out of the hospital! Praise the Lord! John's a trooper, and we've missed him lots. We've been praying John, and can't wait to see you soon.

Well I guess it's already Thursday tomorrow, huh? The time is going by so quickly. Before we know it this school year will be over and summer will be here! I am so looking forward to warm weather and long days outside. Got to get those fourwheelers moving again soon...can't wait! 

I should go now..Josh just called and said he's on his way! I'll see you all soon...miss you all!

Today when we were walking around the farm and all through the nice...cow manure...Gracie suddenly said, "Hey y'all. Money is like manure. It's not worth anything unless it's shared around fertilizing the earth."


That cracked me up. Only a farm kid. Only a chuzin.I had to brighten your day by sharing that with you. ;)

Business and lately stuff...

Today has been a crazy day out here on the farm. I am so tired I am about to fall over. Carley came over last night for a sleepover and has been here all day. We pretty much walked the entire farm over. :) Found lots of cool stuff like bones and feathers and tires...Will post pictures very soon hopefully.

Now I am getting ready to say my goodbyes and get on with making supper and doing home work before another busy school week begins tomorrow.

Seussical is really getting to be exciting. We're down to the countdown, performing in less than 5 weeks. How has it gone this fast?? The numbers are coming along, and it was super fun to finally have the full orchestra there this past weekend at practices. The set will be complete very soon, and it will all come together at last. I am so thrilled to be part of this. I love all you Fine Linens. Also...please continue to keep John N. in your prayers as he is still in the hospital. We love and miss you John, and look forward to seeing your smiley face and big red nose at the theater again soon. ! :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!

This is a late shout-out to my little sister, Jenny! Yesterday was this amazing young lady's 13th birthday. She is a wonderful, hilarious sister, and one of my very best friends. Jenny is probably the finniest person I know, and she's always been there to make me laugh. I love you tons, Lotta!!
