Another one of Mama's wonderful cake creations! Johnny loves "dog-dogs" so she had the funny idea of making him a giant dog dish:) She filled it with chocolate skittles and other candies.John's face lit up as soon as he saw all of the puppies!He was so happy...

ohh... Babies are so cute. It is hard to believe that he is 1 now. My little brother will be 1 on Thursday... By the way, keep up the good work on the blog. I enjoy reading it!

it looked like he really liked his cake. when reagan turned 1 we gave him a miniature two layer cake! it was so funny watching him eat it!
I know Alyssa!It was sooo funny watching Reagano eat his cake:P It was this little cute baby, eating this "big" cake:)I go way over board with cameras!I think I took about 35 of John JUST EATING HIS CAKE!!!I guess I try to get a picture of every single moment:)Well at least now we have plenty of memories from J.D's 1st b-day!!!
haha.. our tradition in our family is that every kid gets a special cake all to themselves that they can squash and make a royal mess out of on their fist b-day :)I'm told I was too neat for the longest time and just wanted to eat it, but after a while I attacked it :)

haha I guess it's a good thing you don't have a camera like the one I'm waiting to get through the mail to me, because it can take a picture every 0.85 seconds until the card is totally full, which at 8megapixels with a card like I have, is about 1000 pictures.. hehe then you'd REALLY have tons of pictures :)
