It's a Thursday

Hey all! Thanks for stopping by. I hope this post finds you doing fine and dandy and having a wonderful day! It's been a full week here at the Riefers..full of tons of cleaning and sorting, Hogan's Heroes, music, and the great farm. The summer is getting underway, and although I miss everyone dearly, I have never been happier to be home. There's something special and sweet to a happy-family-home that I have never been more thankful for. God is good, so good to me.

 The big news out at the Rieferhousehold is the big room-switch coming up. It's not that big of a change, but with seven kids you don't rearrange rooms very often, and it becomes a great excitement for everybody. We're in the process of moving Jenny into my room to have it as her own, and I will be moving into Stephanie's, which used to be the both of theirs, of course. Actually, I am quite thrilled to be sharing a room with Steph. Out of all my siblings, she and I probably have the most in common. :) We always have fun together doing anything, and I'm looking forward to setting up camp with her! The weekend will be full of buying paint, painting with the paint (what do ya know), moving furniture and getting settled in. It's exciting. :)

Friday night some of us will be out at Ash and Joely's helping with the house, and then Saturday we'll all celebrate the big man's birthday. Joely-polie-pappy will be turning..oh, can't count that high, sorry. ;) We love you Joel--so happy you are a part of our crazy family!! Saturday is also Josh's birthday (what are the chances of that, right?) but we'll wait and have his chuzin partay on Sunday afternoon. Sunday morning we'll be visiting Ash and Joel's church, which we're all looking forward to.
