A Monday

Hey all!

Hope your week was wonderful and are ready for a new one to start!
Ours was a full week--it was wonderful to come back home after a few days away and see everyone again. Saturday I got to see some good friends that I hadn't seen in forever, which was amazing! Sunday morning I got the most wonderful surprise of getting a phone call from darling Elise!!! Oh my, it was so good to hear her sweet voice again after many long months and hear her laugh--You can see Elise's smile through her sweet voice! She is such a blessing...we are all praying for you dear, and are so blessed by your service to the Lord! Thank you for your beautiful testimony! <3 I love you!

After that lovely surprise we got ready and Josh took us kids to church even though mom had to stay home sick with Dad. And there I got to enjoy a wonderful service with great music, teaching and fellowship. I got to see a dear friend there that I hadn't seen since graduation, which was super exciting. :) After church Jeannie and PaPa took us over to Wendy's (Connor came too, cause we took him with us to church.) and met the Pfiefer's there! We had a grand time talking and laughing with their sweet family and made fun memories. Steven and I almost starting a singing festival right then and there, but sadly, we had to go. ;) So we planned a duet instead. hehe

In the afternoon Ash and Joely came over for a couple hours just to hang out. We relaxed while watching Hogan's Heroes for a bit and talked. :) Good times. ((By the way, if any of you were confused by the random swimming-pigs-post earlier, that was done by my cleverly-sneaky sister and brother-in-law. ;) They hacked into the dashboard and gave us all a laugh.)) haha--I love you guys. ;) Miss you!

Evening came and Josh took me, Jen, and Steph to church for a great service by Pastor Myers. It was great to talk to friends even for a bit afterwards that I won't be seeing for 2 weeks!! (some church members are taking a soul-winning trip to NY!) Pray for a safe trip for them all, and a speedy return home! :) Said some goodbyes, and came home to sleep and look forward to the next time I will see y'all!

Now that you are caught up with last week's happenings, I will start into today. :)

*Letter writing
*Mowing
*Babysitting
*Weekly planning
*Making some calls
*Music--instruments and singing!

Have an awesome day and enjoy the nice weather God has given. This is the day that the Lord has made--let us rejoice and be glad in it!
