A Sunday afternoon

Today has been--interesting. And I have a feeling it shall only get more interesting as the afternoon goes on. :)

This morning was a lovely church service. A little fellowship afterward, short and confusing as it was. Ah, that's how it goes though sometimes. I look forward to finally being able to talk to everyone in 2 weeks.! Seems quite long, but it will fly by..much going on in between! Let me fill you in:

Early this week we will head out to go and visit one of my very favorite families in the world, the Snyders!! Mrs. Snyder and my mother have been very dear friends since college, and she was in my parent's wedding. She and her wonderful husband are raising fantastically hilarious kids, and we adore hanging out with the whole gang! We never get to spend too much time with them, but we always have a blast when we do!! Making movies, late nights, corn(haha), costumes, Chinese restaurants, music and more. We never run out of ideas, and this trip will be wonderful. We're busy laughing over old memories while packing and anticipating all the new fun. Ash and Joel (& Evan!) will be joining us and it will be just like old times with all my siblings along. :) I can't wait to leave and at the same time will miss home terribly.

Now, as I sit here thinking about applesauce, weird eagles(lol), and aviators that always seem to be going the opposite direction--I decide I had better go find something useful to do before I drive myself out of mind. (hey, "Out of sight, out of mind..." love that song....goodness, now it's in my head again...)
