A bit of everything....

Hey friends! It's been busy...sorry I haven't been posting as often! Let's see now...To catch you up:


*Saturday - Auditions! We picked up Steven and Bethany to head over to the theater, and had a blast hanging out with the Nisbetts and Jed in the basement. Realized just how much I miss being over there.:/ But the new season is here, and theater time is back!! :) I promise to keep you updated with cast lists and things as they come along. So exciting!
Patriot Day Rally was also Saturday! It seemed to go really well and was a lot of fun. Got to see so many good friends that I hadn't seen in forever, and it was nice to get a chance to visit with them. Thank God for beautiful weather all through the event, and a beautiful sunset in the evening. Met lots of new friends that came over and it was especially a blessing to meet an incredible Veteran, Woody Williams. Thank God for all the men and woman who have fought/are fighting for our freedom. May God move in our nation!
The choir did well(I think...hehe), the videos were amazing, and the quartet did a fantastic job. (Oh, and the napkins were especially nice...those of you who didn't get one really missed out...lol) Got to swing with some sweet little kids on the playground...I mean, how could you ask for a better night? :) Of course some things could have gone better, but overall it was a good night.
*Sunday - a good church service with wonderful fellowship after. :) We had Josh with us too, which made it especially good! Ate lunch with him afterwards, got to meet several of his friends from college, and to talk with him just a bit before we went home.
I wish I had pictures to show for all of that busy weekend, but alas, as I was completely busy the whole time, I have come away empty-handed. I think Jenny snatched a few though, so maybe those will end up on here later on today. :)
