Wow, sorry for the lack of posts lately! Guess what?! I've been busy!! (what? The Riefers busy?!)
Hmm, let's see...school, school, school(good, but lots!). Oh!, Sunday last I was invited to sing at the RAMTA recital, "Enchore!" Fun fun. It was a neat experience...
I feel like such a bad blogger...I can't even remember what happened last week or this one! (mind is kinda fried right now..sorry) Well, I do remember what happened yesterday. Lucky you. Let me tell you about it, because I know you're dying for a good story. And since I can't think of anything else at present, I'll tell you about my day. ;)
*ehem*
So, the day began as any normal day at the Riefer Family Home School, which, by the way, is anything but normal. :) AH, but I love this house, this school, and this family. How blessed I am. After animal/household chores, I am greeted with hugs and kisses from 2 little boys just waking up. (they know just how to make a sister's day!) How do I describe to you our days here at home? ~ tons of laughing. (we love to laugh!) Singing. Hugs. Tickle fights. Sibling wrestling matches.
While I know it sounds like we could never manage to get anything done, we DO get a full school day/week/year in quite efficiently.;)But I think that's the greatest benefit to Home Schooling -- getting to be part of real family life while getting lots done. I mean hey, I get Church History on the couch right next to my little sister doing math. I think that's really special.
Last night I had a basketball game to go to at LCA. Jen, Alyssa, Gracie and Josh wanted to come too, so we all went as a group. PaPa met us there and we had fun cheering together and watching the game. I thought everyone did an awesome job, and it was fun seeing friends again even for a little bit.
The End.

I guess that wasn't a very good story, huh? Well, it'll have to do for now cause there are three little munchkins in the other room calling my name. :) Better story next time, I promise.

A happy Wednesday to you!
